We set these lamps at 208V and 1500W. Why? Because when you’ve got dozens of these wired up in parallel, you need a stable current draw. The 1500W hit gives you enough heat density to flash-dry inks and coatings fast. It means you don’t have to slow down your conveyor belt just to get a proper cure. Now, these lamps are tough, but they aren’t invincible. If your power supply is jumpy, make sure your controllers are dialed in. You don’t want to spike those filaments.
