We built the Far Infrared Carbon Heater for one simple reason: to get intense, controllable heat exactly where you need it on the factory floor. This isn’t about making the room feel cozy. It’s about delivering focused power that helps your process run faster, cleaner, and with fewer headaches.

The Power Behind the Heat: Watts, Volts, and Fit

At the heart of this heater is a carbon element running at 2500W, usually on a 400V line. That combo was chosen on purpose to pack a lot of heat into a small space. The whole thing is just 300mm long, so it slips into tight spots on your machinery without forcing you to redesign everything. And because it hits operating temperature fast, you spend less time waiting around and more time getting the job done.

What’s Inside: Design That Stays the Course

Inside the quartz tube, the carbon filament is backed by a halogen gas fill. That gas keeps things stable and helps prevent burnout by smoothing out those hot spots. The tube itself is coated to focus the output in the far infrared spectrum—because that’s what industrial materials absorb most efficiently. For installation, we went with an R7s connector. It’s tough, handles high current, and makes the heater a simple drop-in replacement. You wire it, lock it, and it stays put. No fuss.

Built for the Grind: Efficiency When the Pressure’s On

This heater was made for real work—think plastic processing, drying, curing. The far infrared output hits the material evenly, so you get less uneven heating and fewer defects.
