A Real Look at Power and Size
We designed this carbon fiber infrared heating tube to put heat exactly where you need it, without taking up a ton of space. It’s 590mm long, which gives you a generous surface for emitting heat, and it runs at 1300W. That means it warms up fast. The payoff is serious power in a small footprint, so you don’t have to redesign your whole setup just to get the heat you want. The wattage lines up with standard industrial control systems, so PID tuning feels straightforward. You get heat-up times you can count on, and temperatures that stay steady once you hit the set point. That said, packing 1300W into a 590mm tube puts real thermal stress on the mounting socket and nearby parts. Plan your clearances, and make sure cooling is handled. It’s not complicated, but it matters.
Material and Design, Straight Talk
The carbon fiber element responds quickly and spreads heat evenly along the tube. The infrared output is tuned to get deep into materials, so you spend less time waiting around and less energy heating empty air. It also handles repeated on/off cycles better than traditional coils, so it won’t give up after a few starts and stops. A tough quartz envelope keeps the element protected and the output consistent. For the base, we went with an R7s. That makes this a simple drop-in replacement in many standard fixtures. Installation is as easy as it should be: line up the pins, seat the tube, and lock it down. Done.
Where It Shines—and What It Feels Like to Use
This tube is built for processes that need fast, focused heating. Think plastic forming, coating curing, and drying lines—anywhere infrared penetration makes a real difference. Because it responds quickly, cycle times shrink. Because the output stays stable, your results repeat, run after run. And the 590mm size is a sweet spot. It fits into tight spots without forcing you to rebuild the machine. You get a lot of heat without a lot of fuss. The carbon fiber element also holds up under repeated cycling, which helps you avoid surprise downtime. Just keep the voltage and control strategy matched to the 1300W load, and you’ll keep things running safely and smoothly.
