It’s great for fast ramp-ups, but it comes with a catch. Your exhaust system needs to keep up. If your airflow is sluggish, heat builds up around the quartz, and your seals will fail way sooner than they should. One last thing:**keep your reflectors clean.**It sounds simple, but a dirty reflector kills your efficiency and forces the lamps to run hotter than they need to.
